In this Era of Information Technology, it is a matter of great pride for us to have the Web Site of District Baramulla,  which has been designed and developed by National Informatics Centre, Baramulla. 

   The Web Site contains various modules covering various aspects of District Baramulla, like Area, Population, District Profile, Administration, Available Infrastructure,prominent citizens etc. The Photo Gallery of Some important places of this District have also been included in the Site. 

       The online facilites of District News,Tenders,Additions of Important forms of recruitment and public services are some cardinal facilities which will be offered by website. In addition to the above, Statistical Information, Telephone Directory of important Government Offices will also be included as a separate section. 

       I convey my sincere thanks to the District / Sectoral Officers, Public Representatives and other Officers / Officials of DDC’s Office, who have extended their cooperation / help in bringing up this Web Site. Finally, I congratulate the team and wish that everyone who is interested to know about District Baramulla will be benefited after surfing the Web Site. This is a step forward towards improving public interface of the Administration and to explore and present the hidden wealth to the outer world. Suggestions from the public are highly appreciable.
